These guys are a little longer 8670 carbon steel blades with reinforced tips these are a great choice for those who are a little more reckless in their knife use. Featuring Opal G10 with bronze and ultem pins or ghost black G10 scales and pins, these sgian dubhs are beautiful and elegant little tools. The hand stitched leather sheaths were wet formed around the handles for a secure horizontal carry. For real, I’ve carried one of the originals I made of this model for over 8 years and it’s been just as solid as the day I made it. The dual belt loops also let you mount it on your belt with a loop from your pants stuck in the middle keeping the sheath from moving around. Also with the knife having a symmetrical profile and handle it’ll fit into the sheath edge up or down, providing ambidexterity to your carry options.
